Chocolate & Peanut Butter Shakeology Pie
1 container tofu, silken
1 and ½ scoops Chocolate Shakeology
½ cup PB, natural (no sugar)
2 tbsp soymilk
1 pre-made pie crust, whole grain.
Blend together: peanut butter, silken tofu, chocolate Shakeology and soy milk until creamy.
Pour into the pie crust and refrigerate until firm, at least one hour. Take out the No-bake Shakeology pie out and it is ready to be served.
No-Back Shakeology Cookies:
2 cups low-calorie sweetner
½ tsp salt
½ cup low-fat butter
½ cup milk
½ cup natural PB
3 cups oats
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 Chocolate Shakeology scoop
Combine sweetener, salt, butter, and milk in a pan. Bring to a boil. When cool, add peanut butter, oats and vanilla. Then add Shakeology powder and drop spoonfuls of the mixture on waxed paper. Refrigerate until they are completely cool.
