👉These 2 are THE most important things: (Work Smarter Not Harder)
Have a work schedule and to-do list for the day (IMPORTANT) I create my work schedule and write my to do list on Sunday evenings.
My morning routine is very important part of how I start my day before settling into work. Watching the sunrise Meditating/working out, eating a healthy breakfast (you need all the energy you can get.
It is easy to get squirreled by kids, and chores and meals that need to be done and made. Go easy on yourself, remember the laundry can wait. So can the dishes.
MOST Important>>>>> Schedule ME TIME, 5 min, 10 min throughout the day, a walk, a dance break, a pause to stretch and breathe.
Remember: Get Your Oxygen and then you can take care of everyone else around you including your work. Just like on the plane….when there is turbulence and the masks descend….you don’t take care of everybody else first….
You put the mask on yourself…get your oxygen and then take care of everyone else around you. the ONLY way to balance a healthy work at home life and a happy home is to take care of yourself first so you have the energy to care for all the needs of work and kids.
