Mom Working Out At Home Insanity & P90X- Week 2 Day 2


This is Week #2 Of my 90 Day Insanity and P90X workout. I am feeling much better this week. After week #1 I had a setback, I came down with Flu, but I let my body rest and recover so that I could pick up where I left off. Week #2 Day # 1 was P90X Shoulders and Chest, OUCH. Not as sore as last week, and I managed to do 3 Pull-ups unassisted each time!! I know, not much but progress. Today was Insanity Plyometric Cardio Circuit & Cardio Abs. A Tough Cardio workout, that just the warm-up alone has you crying OMG!! Then there is the Stretch and then it really takes off with over 20 minutes of 1 minute drills!

I am looking forward to the outcome, and love the challenge both Insanity & P90X are bringing.

You can get results and a kick-butt workout at home. And Moms, ladies, girls, you won’t bulk up from weights.
