Insanity Workout Video- Cardio Power & Resistance

This is my review of week 5 of my 90 days of doing Insanity and P90X hybrid home workout.

Feeling stronger, definitely have seen a change from doing this schedule, getting leaner and more muscle definition. Insanity and P90X have helped me to rock some push ups, and P90X is also helping me to be able to do pull-ups.

I like doing the mixture of the 2, I love the strength training of P90X and the intensity of the Cardio of Insanity. I am down 3lbs today and have lost a few inches, I can really see more definition in my shoulders, chest and arms.
